Theresa and Anthony initially contacted us in response to my online offer to provide
them with a list of homes that had recently sold in their neighbourhood. When my
customer service team member did a follow-up call and found out they had bought a
new construction home and were planning to sell soon, she set up a meeting so I could
provide them with an up-to-date home evaluation.
When I met them for the first time, after I toured the home, I proceeded to show them
the results of my research. Then I explained how the Brian Kondo Home Selling

Now, there are different strategies we employ depending on the type of market we’re in. In some markets, you have to price the home aggressively in order to get maximum
traffic thru the door, especially when there are few buyers looking but an abundance of
homes listed for sale. In other markets, you could/should price the home a little higher
since there may not be a lot of homes listed but there may be a lot of buyers vying for
those few properties on the market.
Theresa and Anthony were impressed with my knowledge of the market and especially,

price. Moreover, we were able to get them the closing date they needed to close on
their new construction home. As I state above, by asking the right questions we find out

The pictures were amazing. The feature sheets were fantastic and a terrific way to ensure that potential homebuyers remembered our home.
